apologised for not updating my blog...

super tired after my night shift.
its ever the busiest night since i started working...
2 admission ONLI..
BUT...
1 admission already kept me busy for the front of my night...
sat not picking up despite 100 NRM...
despite nebulisation given...
not even with the help of lasix helps to excrete the water..
E-trolley was pushed..
intubation...
2 long hours with the patients...
send to ICU..
all this just happen prior to admission..
not even having the time to complete the admission kit..
and after this all the hourly 2 hourly parameters making me go crazy..

i just need a peaceful night before i go on rest day..
but thanks to this, i had the experience...
and i think i forgotten to ask god to bless me yesterday night...
well all this shall be put behind my mind..
and i shall enjoy my short break...
and its vooming, singing, shopping time...

in just 2 more days we will be right into 2009..
hope that this new year will have good luck and good things happening..
and off cos i would lik to bless my fren all..
