completed 2 days of nights
and tat is the 4th weekends

saturday night
almost fainted when i rounded my pts
19 pts with 15 BB
its so ridiculous right
all thanks to team 4 ppl for transfering their BB, ill, m**a pts to us
"thanks"
and luckily was full house
no need to scare of admission
and thanks for the blessing
passed thru the night peaceful
managed to finished my work
helped in turning in the morning

sunday night
i almost wanted to cry at work
at tat moment, i wanted to just leave everything down
its a horrible night can???
ppl throwing unwanted things for me to do
tat is very selfish can
i m not trying to find fault
but if helping, it can lessen each other workload..
first i have to listen to tat "TREE" report
and she nv failed to get scoldings from me
giving me rubbish work at all times
admit pt dunno what case
ya, its full house
but..
i have to qio sai for ppl
changes for new cases not admitted at my time

tat "TREE" is really a jinx
and tat on-call dr is damn sway can
but luckily he is nice
lol
busy busy night with
1st dose IV to give
++ hrly parameters and CLC
pt de-sat, on DIL list
started antibiotics, K+ replacement, blood transfusion
SOB, confused pts
nv ending IV antibiotics to be given, continously for 4 hrs
ECG ++, bloods +++
and i nv get to write my report till 12 midnight
its just a terrible, horrible night
but thanks to time management, managed to finish my repot
but still busy

blessed that i did not have to pass report to TREE
hopefully when i get back to work
BB pts are LESSSsssssss
