its just a sway day can
receiving report from her is always a torture
always giving 1001 excuses
unacceptable
i m not pin-pointing or finding fault with her
BUT..
its just
i think my dearies know how i feel

today is the worse of all
she did not follow dr's order
did not serve stat dose the on-call dr told her
and end up pt fitted
de-saturate
BP start dropping
HR extremely HIGH
stats unable to record
called the on-call but she giving attitude
chaos everywhere
started bagging (sats unrecordable)
cant imagine is
started CPR
Drs dont even want to discuss properly the mx for pt
did so much in the end said its DNR mx.
telling us to do unnecessary things despite suggestion given
insist me doing STAT!!!
ok, fine
i inserted the IDC but....
no output also
and in the end
pt... ....
expected outcome acc. to our experience
dr still say pt doing well...

and i think i should thanks suni n sis sherrie
suni bringing her big stomach still mingling in with us
behind the curtains within the same area
doing resus
and this case took us 2 hrs
no time to do changes until 11 plus
sorry to rabia for to let her serve all the meds n para
and admission come at the wrong time
during i was doing resus
overall... its a horrible day

i hope my nights will be peaceful n blessful
