pros and cons to work on weekends
pros:
- less visitors (which i dunno y, usually suppose to have more cos normally families dun work but it turns out the other way.. mayb cos these families wants to rest at home on wkends instead)
- less changes
- no drs to disturb
- quite
cons:
- drs do things anyhow (then u have to call on-call... and then kana scolding from them for nothin)

start of work had an admission at 0730 hr
my poor pt left there nobody helped to do admission n vitals
(that is y, nv depend on others to do for u )
in the end also i have to do myself
helped my mut to do sponging (poor thing AN 3 teams only)
managaed to settled down by 10 (finished my report )
went for break... yum yum...
came back n i had another admission
and still i have to do it myself
luckily uncle was ok, families also ok
all quiet settled, except for the pharmacy...
refused to supply us our meds asap
so irritating ....

and today i had my spinning back
but it wasnt as bad as tat day
every change of position makes me feel giddy
this is bad

i need to get well so...
the feelings are so bad....
