3 teams again for work today
its a sucky working day
everything dont seems right..
pt change of bipap to home ventilator
admission out of nowhere
initial PMD case to NSD case
prepared for LP
transfer in case...
and the staff can write skin intact when pt's leg and groin got redness
goodness!!!
out of nowhere, when i check my eimr
suddenly i have meds to be given
asap sent for DC before i cant get the meds
everything just not right today

i m ultra E.M.O today ...
i feel like just leaving everything behind
